Refund policy
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for socks or hair scrunchies due to hygiene reasons. No returns will be accepted for tops and tote bags as they are usually made to order. Terracotta pots are made to order so no return or exchange is possible.
If there's a problem with the order, please email us immediately by the contact form. Let us know your order number and full name. If we deem the item as faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. no refunds will be given.
For any accepted exchange the return and re-send P&P needs to be paid by the buyer.
We hand-dye all of our products, so some variation is inevitable and totally part of the charm! By paying for this item the buyer understands that any dyed/tie-dyed products vary in colour and style from the exact example image online.
This means the buyer waive their right to dispute the item as "not as described".
If you've made a mistake with your order - don't panic. Please let us know by the contact us form immediately. Let us know your order number and full name. All sales are final, but if possible we will do our best to adjust your order. You will need to email us within 12 hours of placing your order. No order cancellations or refunds will be given.
