What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you make a mistake on the shipping address please email us by the contact form immediately. Let us know your order number and full name. Changes to address would need to be made within 12 hours of order.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Uh oh! Don't panic. Please let us know by the contact us form immediately. Let us know your order number and full name. All sales are final, but if possible we will do our best to adjust your order. You will need to email us within 12 hours of placing your order. No order cancellations or refunds will be given.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for socks, tote bags or hair scrunchies due to hygiene reasons. Terracotta pots are made to order so no return or exchange is possible.

If there's a problem with the order, please email us immediately by the contact form. Let us know your order number and full name. If we deem the item as faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. no refunds will be given.

MY DYED PRODUCT LOOKS A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE IMAGES

We hand-dye all of our products, so some variation is inevitable and totally part of the charm! By paying for this item the buyer understands that any dyed/tie-dyed products vary in colour and style from the exact example image online.

This means the buyer waive their right to dispute the item as "not as described".

DOES THE DYE FADE?

Over time it is possible that the colour of the dye may fade. If you follow the care recommendations this will help prolong the colour.

We are still wearing socks we dyed over 9 months ago, they are still super vibrant and full of colour. We have pletny of return customers who have never mentioned any fading issues :)

what if my product arrives damaged?

If your goods arrived damaged please let us know by the contact form immediately. Let us know your order number, full name and provide pictures. This needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask for photo evidence of all original packaging so we can investigate.
